For an ancient cottage, Cosy Cot is surprisingly light, many of the rooms having triple aspect windows. The downstairs rooms have under floor heating keeping the flagstone floors warm in the winter months and the bedrooms have floorboards with restored, cast iron radiators.

Stepped pathway winds up to a raised lawn area, the majority bordered by a picket fence; good views from here over the neighbouring fields. N.B. small children should be supervised in this area due to the steep drop.
