A fine example of a Victorian family residence built in 1896 for prosperous Salisbury merchants, delightfully converted into a private hotel. All 38 rooms have private facilities, including terrestrial and satellite television, tea and coffee hospitality tray, ironing centre. There are four poster and deluxe rooms with river and Cathedral views and some suitable for guests with disabilities and wheelchair access. The hotel and restaurant are situated in mature gardens with panoramic views of the rivers, Nadder and Avon, and the water meadows leading on to Salisbury Cathedral. This is a favourite venue for wedding receptions. The Cathedral and its world famous “Close” with its museums is a mere 7 minute walk and on to the city centre with its amenities and shops.

From Salisbury - 2.5 miles on A3094 Harnham road. A 20 minute walk from Salisbury railway station. If you have luggage best to use the services of a local taxi at Salisbury railway station. Bus stop outside hotel Route 5.
