Peartree are award winning apartments just a short walk from the medieval city, it's fine restaurants, Salisbury Cathedral and one minute from the train station.

All our fully equipped modern apartments offer self catering facilities with hotel service.

We have eleven apartments in four different styles – studios, one bedroomed standard, one bedroomed executive with twin or a super king beds plus a spacious two bed-roomed apartment each bedroom has its own separate en-suite facilities. Our tariff reflects the length of stay which can be from a short break to long term.

Mary, Rowena or Hadyn will be pleased to welcome you at reception which is open each day. Rowena is a Blue Badge guide and will be pleased to advise you on the best things to see and do locally or provide you with a private guided tour.

On site laundry, internet connection, off street parking and regular housekeeping are all included within the tariff, with no hidden extras. We also offer a concierge service purchasing or collecting tickets for local events and we are happy to grocery shop for you prior to your arrival for a small charge.

Salisbury boasts it's own racecourse, a thriving arts and culture scene with many exhibitions and concerts taking place throughout the year. Set in beautiful Wiltshire countryside a short drive from heritage sites such as Stonehenge, Avebury, the New Forest and Longleat to name a few

Excellent rail links to Southampton, London, Bath, and the South West coast.

Peartree is an ideal base to both explore from and relax in.

Road Directions

Our post code SP2 7RT – this will bring you to Mill Road where you will see our sign.
Entering Salisbury on the A30 – London Rd roundabout take the 3rd exit (dual carriageway) at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit – next roundabout (St Paul's) take first exit towards city, sharp right turn under rail bridge onto South Western Road and turn left into Mill Road and we are on the right.
From West- A36 – at St Paul's roundabout take 3rd exit towards the city and follow as above
From Southampton – A36 take 2nd exit of College roundabout - 2nd exit off next (London Road) roundabout (onto dual carriageway) then follow directions as above.

Public Transport Directions

We are situated just 2 minutes from Salisbury rail station – as you leave the station – turn right into Mill Road and we are on the right.
From the city centre – head towards the rail station along Fisherton Street just before the rail bridge take South Western Road and turn left into Mill Road and we are on the right.
