Qudos is situated in the heart of the city centre and dates from the late 1800s. It’s well appointed restaurant, contemporary bar and comfortable guest rooms have something to offer everyone.
The newly refurbished bar is stocked with an interesting selection of spirits, beers and boasts an impressive wine list.
Lunch is served from 12pm-3pm and dinner service runs from 5.30pm-10.
The Qudos menu includes a range of delicious starters, complemented by a tantalising selection of main courses, predominantly from the Char grill, and to finish with, a variety of mouthwatering homemade desserts.
An extensive, lighter lunchtime menu is also on offer, along with light snacks and sharing dishes available throughout the evenings.
In the evening Qudos present a wide range of live musical performances, including acoustic singer songwriters, cover performances, jazz and blues. Qudos is on Castle Street close to the town centre. If you come along Castle Street away from the Town Centre (i.e away from the Market Square) Qudos is on the right hand side just after the post office. There is a small, one way road called Scot’s Lane. If you take the first right on Scot’s Lane you will find Qudos’ car parking facilities.
