Rose cottage is set in lovely gardens, the lawned areas are hedged with box , and the kitchen garden provides herbs for your culinary use. The old orchard provides shade in the summer under the plum, apple and walnut trees.

The gardens back onto farmland with views of the River Till and St James Church. A barbecue and outdoor furniture is available for your use.

Locally, there is a good choice of public houses providing good quality meals.

The cottage has four bedrooms, with 2 double rooms, 2 single rooms. A cot is also provided.
