Located on high ground in a leafy attractive area on the south eastern side of the City of Salisbury 10 minutes walk from the centre and the Cathedral - a comfortable, well-equipped, fully furnished self-catering three bedroom modern house on two floors sleeping 5 (one double, one twin and a 4ft (1m 22cm) bed in the third bedroom which can sleep two friendly people!).

Living room including the sitting and dining area and the kitchen. Modern kitchen includes electric oven and separate hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Sitting area has a TV with Freeview Box, DVD player, CD/Cassette/Radio. Freezer, tumble drier, large south facing terrace.

Road Directions

From the north approaching on the A338 or A30 London / Andover Road: On the outskirts of Salisbury, at the roundabout at the junction of the A338 and A30 take the turning signposted to Laverstock into Church Road. Continue through Laverstock village until you see an arched brick railway bridge over the road. 50 metres before the bridge turn left into Manor Farm Rd. This road eventually bends to the right up a sharp incline and becomes Shady Bower. Continue until it crosses a bridge above the railway with single lane priority system. The Bridge House is immediately past the bridge on the left hand side. From all other directions, from the roundabout at the junction of Churchill Way South and Churchill Way East, take the A36 (signposted Southampton). After 300metres, turn left into Tollgate Road. After 400 metres, turn right up Fowlers Hill. At the top, turn right into Shady Bower. The Bridge House is the first house on the right past St Martins School.

Public Transport Directions

Train to Salisbury Station. Taxi to The Bridge House, 10 Shady Bower (approx £5). By bus from Salisbury Bus Station (Endless Street) board the No63 (hourly at ¼ past each hour taking 3 mins) £1.20 adult fare.
