Salisbury > Salisbury and Stonehenge - where to stay > Witherington Farm Bed & Breakfast
Ian and Annette offer bed and breakfast at Witherington Farm in their farmhouse, which dates back to the 17thC and has all the character of a house of that age, oak beams, large open fireplaces and excellent polished wooden floors. The rooms are decorated and furnished to a very comfortable standard. Have a look at our website to see pictures. We have 5 Stars for quality.
Around the house we have a beautiful two acre garden, which we made ourselves and which is much admired. We are winners of the Salisbury bed and breakfast garden competition. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the garden and to take a walk over the farm.
This is a working farm, primarily arable (wheat and barley mostly) but we have a few sheep and cattle. And you will generally see deer running over the farm. If you like horses we have a dozen of them. They are not for hire but there are riding stables quite near if you want to ride.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, and if you want to enjoy the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, this is the place to come. We are only a fifteen minute drive from Salisbury centre.
We hope to see you.
