Delightful country hotel. Privately owned and operated and set in an acre of walled garden in the pretty Cotswold village of Crudwell. The owners of Mayfield House have a major commitment to developing the meeting and conference facilities.

If you are organizing a business meeting, small conference or special function our attractive conference suite, the Stone Room, provides seating for up to 25 delegates boardroom style. The Stone Room is equipped with spot lighting on dimmer switches, though the room has plenty of natural lighting with French windows opening on to the lawned garden.

Standard equipment includes PC compatible projector and screen, complimentary WiFi, writing pads, place settings and pens, flip chart, table water and sweets. Should and further equipment be required, such as televisions, video, wipe-boards etc, these can be provided at an agreed additional charge.

Full day rates, half day, 24 hour delegate and room only rates are available - as are breakfast on arrival, buffet or full a la carte lunches, and more formal dinner parties - all by prior arrangement.

The conference room will usually be available from 7.30 am through to as late as you wish, though beyond 5 pm will be by prior arrangement.
