Award winning Grade I Italian-Style garden famous for its tranquil beauty, the home of architect and landscape gardener Harold Peto, from 1899-1933. Unique and romantic, this hillside garden is characterised by steps, terraces, sculpture and magnificent rural views.

Opening times: April - Sundays & Easter Monday: 2:00pm - 5:00pm May to September - Tuesday to Thursday, Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holiday Mondays: 2:00pm - 5:00pm October - Sundays only: 2:00pm - 5:00pm From 10 June – 13 August 2011 the idyllic Peto Garden of Iford Manor near Bath is the setting for the Iford Festival.

There are three opera productions in the 2011 festival – Humperdinck’s Hansel & Gretel, Mozart’s Don Giovanni and Handel’s Rodelinda – featuring the very best of classical musicians. There are also four free-flowing Jazz Promenades evenings where Iford plays host to Tina May, The Numbers Racket, Jim Hart, Digby Fairweather, Omar Puente, Claudia Aurora, Kosmos and She’koyokh.

Continue forward onto Warminster Road - A36. Entering Claverton A36
Continue forward onto Warminster Road - A36, until brown Tourist sign for Iford Manor. Turn left down this lane & continue for about 1 mile to end of lane where Iford Manor is directly in front of you.
