The National Trust invite you to skip the gym and lose weight - outdoors. The month-long outdoor gym challenge builds on recent research which shows that exercising outdoors boosts your physical and mental health more than going to indoor gyms.
The Outdoor Gym can be anywhere, but gardens at Stourhead in Wiltshire were chosen by the National Trust to launch the challenge.
So skip the gym and heading outdoors and follow a 30 day plan with progress reports along the way.

Walking is a great way to burn off those excess calories and feel healthier, and there are miles upon miles of walking routes and rights of way across Wiltshire.
