Ben Dearnley brings his 'Avenue of Champions' to the Cathedral to coincide with both the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics. His bronze and marble structures will depict some of the UK's past and current Olympic and Paralympic champions and visitors will be able to walk through the 'Avenue' viewing each sculpted athlete as they go. The final sculpture will be finished by the sculptor on site at the Cathedral.
