Brokerswood Country Park is an award-winning family owned camping and caravan site located in the heart of west Wiltshire. The Park boasts over 80 acres of natural woodland on the edge of the ancient Forest of Selwood, and a beautiful 5 acre lake.

Awarded the David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award for ten years in a row, The site offers relaxed camping in a beautiful setting, with facilites including:

Level pitches on hard standing or grass, approximately 10x10m with optional 10 amp electric hook-ups
Modern centrally heated toilet/shower block with private bathroom facilities, which are suitable for the disabled
Access to the Country Park included in the price
On-site shop providing everyday essentials for caravanning or camping such as calor gas, bread, milk and newspapers (Easter - October), as well as a few luxuries
Licensed Café offering breakfast, lunches and afternoon tea
Laundry with washing machine, tumble drier, iron & sink for handwashing
Dishwashing sinks available with free hot water
Brokerswood enjoys a great location - situated between Bath, Salisbury and Stonehenge and just six miles from Longleat.

Brokerswood has received awards and accolades for its conservation work, and the quality of its camping and caravanning facilities. Foremost among these are the David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award, which the Park has been awarded ten times, and 4 pennants under the prized AA accreditation scheme for camping and caravan sites.

A popular destination for walkers, bird lovers & anyone who enjoys the English countryside at its best, Brokerswood is ideally situated for exploring Bath, Salisbury, Frome, Longleat and the Mendips, making it an ideal location for a holiday. Some of the places of interest nearby include Westbury White Horse, Stonehenge and Nunney Castle.

The woodland itself is also a place of fun and adventure for children. Hiding among the trees are two adventure playgrounds for children of varying ages. There is also a play trail to make the journey through the woodland even more enchanting.

Between our two adventure playgrounds runs the delightful narrow gauge woodland railway (open between Easter and October at weekends and during school holidays).

For those who wish to enjoy a barbecue in beautiful natural surroundings, barbecue grills are available for hire beside the fishing lake for just £3 plus £10 refundable deposit. Please note that disposable barbecues are not permitted for environmental and safety reasons.

Road Directions

From Trowbridge, take A361 to Southwick, turn left by church, follow brown signs for Brokerswood Country Park. Turn right on sharp bend and take lanes to Park for approximately 2 miles.
