Newly built annex all on one level easily accessed. No steps/stairs. Fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi. Sleeps 5/6. Ample parking. Double/family room has twin beds and 2 bunk beds. Single room has basin. Large easily accessed wet room. Kitchen has cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. Deep Freeze space available. Open plan sitting room has dining table and chairs. TV.DVD. Radio in bedrooms and kitchen. WIFI internet.
Delightful views from sitting room overlooking stream and paddock. (toddlers beware). Barbeque on patio. Sit in your armchair and watch the ducks, egrets, moorhens and probably a kingfisher. Large French windows onto patio. Doors wide enough for wheel chairs. Ample parking right up to front door on level.

Road Directions
From Salisbury. A36 for about 9 miles. Turn Left for The Langfords, Turn Left (in front of Church) for Hanging Langford for about ½ mile to TJunction. In front of you is village hall. Kingfisher Lodge is on RHS 25 yards before village hall.
From Warminster/Bath. A36 for about 11 miles. Turn Right for The Langfords. Turn Right for Hanging Langford (just past Church on your Right) then follow as above.
If lost ask for The Langfords Village Hall. We are very close on the west side of the road to Steeple Langford
