There are two bedrooms, one with a king size double bed and the other with twin beds. Rental charge is fully inclusive of electricity, Gas, Central heating, Hot Water, Linen and Towels. It is situated serenly below the Church (through kissing gate) in the conservation Cotswold village of Marshfield which has shops and two pubs with excellent dining facilities. Conveniently located for visiting Bath, Bristol, the Cotswolds and nearby National Trust properties at Dryham, Lacock, Newark Park while Stourhead and Tyntesfield are within a 30 mile radius. The cottage is adjacent to open country so is also ideally placed for walkers and cyclists.

Marshfield lies 6 miles north of Bath on the A420 between Chippenham and Bristol, accessible from Junction 17 or 18 of the M4 (only 5 - 10 minutes drive from the M4).

Bus services operate from Marshfield to Bath, Bristol and Chippenham. Nearest railway stations are Bath and Chippenham, both 15 - 20 minutes away.
