Type: Bed & Breakfast

Manor Farm, which is depicted on Stuckley's map of 1724, is a listed 18th Century building. The house is situated within the famous Avebury Stone Circle and guests enjoy sleeping in large comfortable rooms overlooking the mystic stones, as our exclusive guests.

Avebury, which is within the World Heritage Site and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, has the National Trust manor house, the Keiller and Barn museums and a vegetarian day restaurant. Avebury is also the ideal centre from which to visit on foot, the many ancient sites around the area: Silbury Hill, West Kennet Long Barrow, The Sanctuary and Windmill Hill. There is also the start of the National Trail of the ancient Ridgway walk at nearby West Overton Hill.

We are also a working dairy and arable farm, much of which has foot paths and is home to a variety of wildlife.

Finally, we are an ideal centre from which to tour around the county; from Stonehenge, the famous chalk downland white horses, the National Trust villages of Lacock and Castle Coombe to the local market towns of Marlborough with its famous wide High Street and public school and Devizes with its renowned flight of canal locks. Bath and Salisbury can also be reached within the hour.
