Owls Cottage is situated in an unique position on the edge of the pretty village of Easterton, with outstanding downland views. The cottage stands within 5 acres of attractive gardens and paddocks which are located at the end of a "no through" road and safe for children. It is peaceful and private without being isolated. There is plenty of parking and space for children to play.
Owls Cottage is light and airy with full oil-fired central heating and double glazing. The kitchen is fully fitted with limed oak units and includes a microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and electric cooker. The sitting room has an electric fire, television, DVD and freewiew and opens to south-facing decking overlooking open fields.
The two large bedrooms have fitted cupboards. One has twin beds, the other a 6-foot zip and linked double bed that can be separated if required. The tiled bathroom has a WC, bath with separate shower and shaver point.
Adjacent to the cottage is a lockable laundry and drying room containing a fitted sink unit, WC, washing machine and tumble drier. This is ideal for wet coats and muddy boots and bicycles.
Good thatched pub 5 minutes' walk and only 10 minutes' away from local shops. In close proximity to Longleat, Stonehenge, Avebury, Bath and Salisbury.
Owls cottage is strictly for non-smokers and we regret we are unable to take pets.

Road Directions
From M4 junction 17
A350 to Chippenham, left onto A4 towards Calne and right onto A342 to Devizes. Leave Devizes on A360 and left onto B3098 for West Lavington and Easterton. In village turn opposite Royal Oak, up White Street. Bear left - 200yards on the right hand side.
M4 junction 15 Take the A346 from Swindon to Marlborough. Then A4 to Devizes using the A361. Leave Devizes on A360 and left onto B3098 for West Lavington and Easterton.

From Westbury - 10 miles
Bus - Westbury to West Lavington, route 87, (and occasional X72) to Easterton (Royal Oak)
