The Manor House is a beautifully refurbished 17th century building situated in the middle of the village of Rodbourne, surrounded by 1,000 acres of beef, dairy and arable farmland. Located on the edge of the Cotswolds, Rodbourne provides the ideal place to stay whether you are visiting the area for business or pleasure. For the business traveller we are just 5 miles from th M4 and half an hour from Bath, Bristol and Swindon. For the leisure visitor there are many local attractions, such as Malmesbury Abbey, the Abbey House gardens, the Corninium Museum in Cirencester, the famous Highgrove shop in Tetbury, the Cotswold Water Park and and Westonbirt Arboretum - not forgetting racing at Cheltenham, polo at Cirencester and horse trials at Badminton and Gatcombe Park.

Each room has its own bathroom and comes with towels, bathrobes, toiletries, TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Free WiFi internet access is also available throughout the premises. We would also be delighted to provide your choice of newspaper - just ask when you make your booking.

The drawing room is bright and spacious with views out into the gardens and doors opening onto a terrace - cool in the summer time and, with a log fire at either end of the room, cosy in winter. There are plenty of sofas and armchairs and a whole array of antique books that you are more than welcome to browse through.

Whether you prefer a full English or continental style breakfast, the produce is sourced locally with eggs from our own hens and homemade jams from fruits grown in the garden. Fruit juices, cereals, boiled, poached, scrambled or fried eggs, toast and croissants are all available along with coffee and tea.

For an additional charge, dinner can also be provided. Please ask when you make your booking and advise of any dietary requirements.

Road Directions

Exit M4 at junction 17 and take the A429 signposted to Malmesbury. After approximately 3 miles you will come to Corston. As the road bends round to the left, turn right (signposted to Rodbourne) into Rodbourne Road. Follow this foad for approximately 11/2 miles and you will come into the village of Rodbourne. The Manor House is in the middle of the village on the right hand side, opposite the church.
