The Art Centre is accessible for wheelchair users.
There are accessible toilets on site and infrared hearing facilities as well as a hearing loop in the box office.
Accessible parking is available in the public car park behind the venue.

The cinema operates a comprehensive programme for disabled visitors, providing spaces for wheelchair users, removable seats, ramps and lifts.
Designated parking spaces are available and there are special subtitled screenings for hearing impaired visitors.
Audio description enable people with visual impairment to enjoy the films, Please ask at the box office for your special headset to enable you to receive the audio description.

Coate Water has wheelchair access, accessible parking & a toilet for disabled visitors. The park also has a special cart which a wheelchair can sit on called an Easirider that makes access around the park straight forward.
There are several walks in and around the park, many of which are level and surfaced-making them suitable for wheelchair users. The most popular route is around the lake. This is 1.75 miles (2.8km) long and takes about 45 minute at a gentle pace.

Access to changing rooms and toilets.
There are wide doorways into the sports hall, small hall and dryside changing facilities. Access to outdoor courts throughout. The new Netball Dome has ramp entry to the Clubroom and has disabled shower and toilet facilities.
There is no wheelchair access to the upstairs viewing balcony for the squash courts, sports hall balcony or Community Room.

There is wheelchair access to the House, Church and Visitor Centre. A drop off point and parking is available in the courtyard of Lydiard House for disabled visitors. This is reached via the Lydiard Park driveway off Hay Lane / Tregoze Way, signposted Lydiard Park Conference Centre and St Mary's Church.
An accessible toilet is situated at the Visitor Centre - from the House this is reached by a 250 metre semi-serviced drive, which is not accessible by vehicle. Please bring your RADAR key.
Personal tours for blind or partially sighted visitors by museum staff can be arranged by prior agreement and guide dogs are welcome in the house. Story box audio guides are available in the Library, Dining Room, Drawing Room, State Bedroom and Lady Diana Spencer room.
