Nightingale Wood is owned and managed by The Forestry Commission.
The wood covers 128 acres and is located on the edge of Swindon near the village of South Marston.
The wood has a lot to offer the enthusiastic wildlife watcher iincluding Skylarks, Yellow Hammers, Redwings & fieldfares.
Roe Deer & foxes can often be seen here.
Conifer & broadleaf trees bring added colour to the pleasant landscape.
