A 4.5 mile walk starting at the picturesque village of Bishopstone
A 2.5 mile walk linking Coate Water Country Park to Chiseldon
Coate Water is a Country Park complete with man made reservoir, nature reserve and home to various activities. There are several walk in and around the park, many of which are level and surfaced-making them ideal for wheelchair users. The most popular route is around the lake which is 1.75 miles long.
Heritage Trail 1 - Kingsdown & Blunsdon
A 6 mile walk through fields and the village of Blunsdon, visiting an ancient hill fort and World War ll AA Battery before viewing the dismantled Highworth to Swindon railway line.
Heritage Trail 2 - Stanton Fitwarren
Enjoy a varied walk through woodland, fields and the delightful village of Stanton Fitwarren, before returning to Stanton Park. The walk is 2.5 miles long.
Heritage Trail 3 - Stratton St Margaret
See part of the old Highworth railway and the old Roman road of Ermin Street before passing Swindon's historic Kingsdown Brewery and then returning to the Woodland Trust car park. The walk is 3 miles long.
Heritage Trail 4 - South Marston and Sevenhampton
Visit these two villages, Nightingale Wood and the church at Sevenhampton complete with Author Ian Fleming's grave. The walk is 5 miles in length
