On Tuesday, 11th September guests can see Martin Burge in action as he joins forces again with Hywel Jones from Lucknam Park and this time with Richard Davies from The Manor House Hotel at Castle Combe for an evening of gastronomic excellence by three Michelin-starred chefs. The evening will begin with a Ruinart champagne reception from 7pm followed by a four-course dinner in ‘The Dining Room’, perfectly matched alongside each course by a selection of fine wines from Cloudy Bay. After dinner the chefs will join guests to discuss their individual course and answer questions.
