The course is designed to give a thorough knowledge and understanding of facts, procedures and ideas in nutrition that will help you to address straight-forward problems relating to nutrition. You will be able to interpret relevant information and ideas and will be aware of a range of information that is relevant for healthy eating.
It involves guided training which is delivered in an interactive way, finishing with a 1 hour multiple choice question paper.
Useful for anyone involved in the food industry, parents, carers, teachers and those who are interested in learning more about healthy eating.
A nutritious lunch that will accommodates any special dietary needs will be provided.
