Health & Safety

Our aim is for everyone to have a safe, enjoyable night.

If you need help at all during the event, please speak to any Steward.

In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of our Stewards and listen out for tannoy announcements.

Lost Children

If you lose a child at any time, you should immediately inform any Steward in a hi-viz vest or Event Control.

During the evening, please point our Stewards out to your children as persons of safety. If they become separated from you at any time, they should try to find a Steward for help or head to the Control Point in the Pavilion or first aid gazebo.
