Roly’s Fudge Salisbury
Roly’s Fudge Pantry in Salisbury was first opened in 2015, by husband and wife team Steven Jones and Sarah Orton – former food journalists/PRs and passionate ‘foodies’.
The couple converted the dilapidated Georgian shop into a beautiful and traditional-style Roly’s Fudge Pantry which has become a popular local attraction and tourist destination. Located by the historic medieval high street gate, leading into the breathtaking Salisbury Cathedral and grounds, visitors are able to watch and enjoy the aroma of freshly made, traditional fudge being made in front of them.

What’s On at Roly’s Fudge Salisbury
Loose fudge – We offer at least 10 Roly’s flavours, at any one time, of our truly delicious, crumbly, butter fudge, including best selling Vanilla Clotted Cream and seasonal favourites from Hot Cross Bun to Christmas Pudding Fudge. We also offer a range of Vegan fudge, Fudge Sauce and have £5 and £10 Gift Vouchers for that perfect gift.
Gift wrapping – We offer a wide variety of hand wrapped gift bags and gift boxes for all the year’s seasonal celebrations and birthdays, as well as bespoke hampers and 1kilo boxes.
Ice cream – From Spring to early Autumn we offer a delicious selection of award-winning Styles ice cream, all served with free Roly’s Salted Caramel Fudge Sauce and our scrumptious Vanilla Clotted Cream Fudge Crumbs.
Corporate evenings – We stage Fudge Tasting & Drinks evenings for groups of up to 15 adults – demonstrating the art of fudge pouring, and (where requested) a Fudge Quiz and prizes. These events are FREE with a minimum spend of £10 per person.
