Get inspired by Chippenham Museum's collections and make your own imaginary object to put on display with these free drop-in Easter workshops. Once you have invented your object, mount it, label it and display it in a special pop-up Easter exhibition.
These drop-in Easter activities for accompanied children of all ages form part of the museum's current temporary exhibition 'What's in Store: Behind the Scenes at Chippenham Museum', open until Tuesday 23 April
Chippenham Museum, a Chippenham Town Council facility, is open Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm, including Bank Holidays, with two floors of galleries to explore and family activities throughout. The museum is free to visit and tells the story of the people and history of Chippenham and surrounding villages from prehistoric times up until the present day with a varied programme of exhibitions and events.
