We'll learn how to cook the perfect steak and create fluffy, crisp triple cooked chips. We'll prepare a Bearnaise sauce – the classic accompaniment to a steak and chip supper – and rustle up chocolate profiteroles for the most delicious dessert. There'll be a demonstration of the Cooking School's delightfully different Posh Prawn Cocktail and time to sit down and afterwards with a glass of wine and enjoy the delicious fruits of your delicious, freshly prepared three course supper.
