You will make:
- 3 ingredient Vegan flat breads
- Chickpea, sweet potato, spinach & coconut curry with pilaff rice
- Bruschetta with avocado, roasted pepper & sautéed tofu
- Vegannaise (the vegan answer to mayonnaise)
- Chocolate, orange & hazelnut brownies served with coconut cream (the vegan answer to Chantilly cream)
The class is hands-on and busy. Supper with wine will complete the great social experience and you will have plenty of goodies to take away with you.
£60 including hands-on cookery class and supper with wine or non-alcoholic refreshments.
