The information on this website has come direct from the owner, provider, events organiser or tourist information centre and is included on the website in good faith.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure the information is correct at the time of input we cannot be held responsible, nor accept any liability for complaints or claims of any nature arising from information taken from the website.
Online booking on this site is carried out by Eviivo, using their Frontdesk software. If you use this service your contract will be with the accommodation provider and you will be bound by their terms and conditions. VisitWiltshire Ltd is acting as a facilitator in this instance and is not liable in any way for any part of the transaction or subsequent booking. For all other bookings you will either contact the provider by telephone, email or be directed to an external website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VisitWiltshire will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.
Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of VisitWiltshire, its employees or agents.
All intellectual property of VisitWiltshire such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of VisitWiltshire.

VisitWiltshire cannot be held responsible nor accept any liability for complaints or claims of any nature arising from any accommodation booking, nor for any loss or damage which may be suffered by you or other members of your party, during or as a result of your stay at the accommodation establishment. Any complaint(s) relating to the accommodation should be dealt directly with the owner, and is subject to the accommodation provider's terms and conditions. Your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected.

VisitWiltshire Competition Terms and Conditions
• The competition is open to all UK mainland residents aged 18 years or over, except for employees of VisitWiltshire, Wiltshire Council and anyone connected with the competition.
• By entering the competition, the participants agree: a) to be bound by these terms and conditions; b) that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win the prize; c) that should they win the prize, their name and likeness may be used by VW for promotional purposes.
• Entries cannot be returned. Proof of postage is not proof of entry. VW accepts no responsibility for entries lost or damaged in the post.
• All entrants must supply to VW their full names, postal addresses and daytime telephone number. VW will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without permission.
• Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of the method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
• The winning entrant will be the first correct entry drawn at random after the closing time.
• The prize is as stated. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.
• VW's decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.
• The winner will be notified within 14 days of the close of the promotion by post/telephone/email.

• If the winner is unable to be contacted within 1 calendar month of the closing date of the competition, VW reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up, or to re-offer the prize in any future VW promotion.
• VW excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.

By submitting your entry to this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entries submitted with incomplete information, or found to contain invalid information, shall be deemed invalid entries.
Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are not permitted to enter the Promotion.

No automated, third party or bulk entries are permitted. Multiple entries in breach of this provision will result in those entries being disqualified. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds to suspect that such means are being used to circumvent this condition then it may require the entrant to prove that such means were not used. If the Promoter becomes aware of an entrant using means to circumvent this condition then these entries will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void.
The Promotion commences at 00:01 on Thursday 25th August 2016 (“Start Date”) and closes at 23:59 on Thursday 29th September 2016 (“Closing Date”) (being the “Promotion Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, this means that entries must have been received by the Promoter by the close of the Promotion Period in order to meet the Closing Date validity requirements.
The winner will be selected by an independent person to be held on Monday 3 October (the “Draw”).
The winner will be notified of the fact that they have won within 2 weeks of the 3 October 2016 by email. The winner will then be asked to supply details for delivery of their prize. Prizes shall be delivered within 30 days of the Closing Date.
The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the Winners using the contact details supplied upon entry to the Promotion. If a winner does not respond within 3 calendar months of the first notification, then the Winner forfeits the right to claim the Prize and the Promoter is free to nominate another winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party.
The following parts are to be won as part of the one overall prize to be won: Denominations and participating outlets of the vouchers will be at the promoter’s discretion. Any relevant expiration dates will be clearly stated on individual vouchers.
No cash or alternative prizes are available, with the exception that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, The Promoter reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value.
If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the Promotion, then the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate affected entries.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Promotion and/or prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.

If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant, The Promoter may, at its sole discretion invalidate the relevant entry and disqualify the entrant from the Promotion, irrespective of the stage in the Promotion reached.
The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Should you win, you agree to take part for free in any publicity for the Promotion as requested by the Promoter.

There will be one prize per category. i.e. one winner will be chosen from the group of people who voted for the best kept external business and one winner will be chosen from the group who voted for the best kept internal business. If the same person is drawn for both categories, names will continue to be drawn until there are two winners.
