Chinese Water Dragon

Visit Butterfly World and experience the tropics in Wiltshire, rain or shine, summer or winter. You can walk among some of the most beautiful butterflies in the world, flying freely against a backdrop of tropical plants and skimming over fish filled ponds.

Be amazed by 'Iggy' the iguana sunbathing beside the pool, hunt the caterpillars and watch the butterflies hatch from the pupa. Visit the animal paddock to meet the meerkats, otters, goats, guinea pigs, rabbits and the other farmyard animals. Watch the cutting ants and other reptiles and invertebrates in the reptile section.

Retire to the 'Butterfly Cafe' to enjoy a sandwich, lunch or afternoon tea, browse through the Craft Village with its numerous shops, offering a huge range of interesting handcrafted gifts, many of which are skillfully created on site - making this not only a great place to shop, but have a try yourself as many of the shops offer wrokshops to make your own.

Let the kids visit 'Bonkers Soft Play' to let off steam before taking a further look around the butterflies and animal paddock to catch one of the feeding times with your all day ticket.
