Situated approximately 1.5 miles from the market town of Corsham in the heart of picturesque North Wiltshire, you are a leisurely walk or short drive from the National Trust village of Lacock. Castle Combe and Bath are within easy reach and also the stately homes of Bowood, Longleat and Stourhead. Stonehenge and Salisbury are an hour's drive away. A visit to the pretty town of Corsham should include Corsham Court famous, for its art collection and peacocks and the 17th century school room and almshouses. Or, just stroll through the streets looking at the architecture associated with the stone and wool industries of years gone by.

Road Directions

From M4, ext J17. Follow A350 towards Chippenham. After approx 2miles, take 2nd exit at roundabout; continue over next two roundabouts; at third roundabout take 3rd exit. Continue over next roundabout (approx 1mile); at the next roundabout take 4th exit to A4 Bath/Corsham. Continue approx 2miles to traffic lights where you turn left to Corsham. Continue to third mini roundabout and turn left to B3353 to Melksham/Gastard. At next mini roundabout turn right, continue for approx 2miles to Gastard village sign, then after approx 100 yards turn right into driveway with large conifer tree at entrance.

Public Transport Directions

From London Paddington nearest railway station is Chippenham. Regular bus service to Corsham (nos 231,232) Bus stop in Corsham opposite Co-op supermarket. Infrequent mini buses (nos 71 ,72) to Gastard or taxi from rank in car park by the Co-op.
