Sculpture Judy Boyt to exhibit in Wiltshire

The renowned British sculpture Judy Boyt, who has been commissioned by the Royal Family, will be exhibiting a selection of work specifically for the Old Mill Gallery near Devizes in September 2011.
Judy, whose work is collected by the British Royal Family, The Sultan of Brunei and the UAE Royal Family, will be displaying a range of works. Amongst the pieces on show will be the Devizes Frogs and items from the Kids Will be Kids series. Judy will also be exhibiting many new pieces which have never been seen in public before.
The free exhibition takes place between 8 – 17 September 2011 and not only will visitors be able to view Judy’s fantastic works but there will also be opportunities to purchase sculptures and even commission a personal piece.
The exhibition will be open daily from 10am – 5pm and will also include scale models and sketches of Judy’s work to help inspire ideas for visitors wishing to commission their own special work of art.
Old Mill Gallery & Shop is a working art gallery that opens to the public for special exhibitions and also the first and second weekend of every month.
The shop’s regularly sold items include contemporary paintings, prints, jewellery, ceramics and Italian handmade soaps.

Judy Boyt is an award-winning, Wiltshire based artist who has been creating unusual sculptures since the 1970s. Her work can be seen all around the UK and indeed the world with one of her most recent works being the Liverpool Working Horse monument which has been installed on the Albert Dock in Liverpool.
