Wiltshire Craft Village Offers Courses For Budding Kirstie Allsops!

With the return of ‘Kirstie’s Handmade Britain’ to our TV screens, the British public are once again getting excited about creative crafts.  Studley Grange Craft Village near Swindon is just the place for wannabe crafters to learn a new skill from a choice that includes cake making, jewellery crafting, dolls house building, knitting and candle moulding.

Studley Grange provides inspirational and fun craft courses offering the chance to learn exciting new skills at a pace to suit the individual. Handcrafted gifts created on site are available to purchase from skilled craftsmen and women. Alternatively, create your own gift under the tuition of experienced instructors.

Studley Grange offers a flexible approach to crafting whereby visitors can simply drop in and learn a skill on any day or alternatively book a specific course.  Courses are updated regularly, please see each individual craft business for details.

Studley Grange Craft centre is located on the grounds of a garden centre.  The Craft Centre itself was once a huge greenhouse.  Today aside from the crafts, the centre also houses Butterfly World and a small animal paddock with meerkats, pigs, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs and otters.  There is also an on-site café.

There are a number of hotels and B&Bs close to Studley Grange for those wanting to make a weekend of it.
