VisitWiltshire Autumn & Winter Training Schedule

Throughout the year VisitWiltshire provide training courses for our partners on a range of subjects including Google Analytics, First Aid, Brand Identity and LinkedIn to name a few.

We have put together a variable programme of training courses for our partners over the coming months.

The courses either take place in person or online and the cost to attend ranges from £25-£120 per attendee.

Our range of digital training courses are tailored specifically for visitor-facing attractions, accommodations, and activities and all the courses will enhance your team’s skills.  Our expert-led courses are designed to empower your employees with the latest knowledge and techniques in social media and digital engagement. Courses are suitable for front of house staff those welcoming guests, guiding tours and those managing social and digital strategies.


The Marketing Jigsaw and leaky bucket: Website, social media, blogs, mailings, advertising, word of mouth, PR, print...the list of marketing activities is long, potentially time consuming and expensive.  How should all marketing activities fit together for maximum impact? This masterclass looks at the 'marketing jigsaw' to help you feel less overwhelmed, prioritise and save time by building on the right message in the right way at the right time. 

It will also help you  think about your 'leaky bucket' - the points at which revenue is lost or visitors lose interest in your marketing. 

This masterclass is run by Susan Briggs, who has 35+ years' practical experience in tourism marketing, working for accommodation providers, visitor attractions, activity and experience companies, food and drink businesses.
