ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing the content of www.visitwiltshire.co.uk ("the Website") you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein and you accept our privacy policy. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately.
You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.
You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
MODIFICATION
VisitWiltshire reserves the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
VisitWiltshire has complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VisitWiltshire will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.
Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of VisitWiltshire, its employees or agents.
COPYRIGHT
All intellectual property of VisitWiltshire such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of VisitWiltshire.
By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of VisitWiltshire and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.
COMPLAINTS
VisitWiltshire cannot be held responsible nor accept any liability for complaints or claims of any nature arising from any accommodation booking, nor for any loss or damage which may be suffered by you or other members of your party, during or as a result of your stay at the accommodation establishment. Any complaint(s) relating to the accommodation should be dealt directly with the owner, and is subject to the accommodation provider's terms and conditions. Your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected.
THIRD PARTIES
The Website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by other parties. We do not control such websites and we take no responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of, their content. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of views, statements or information contained in such websites.
SEVERANCE
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.

Terms & Conditions of Familiarisation Trips
VisitWiltshire will provide the services mentioned in the itinerary. VisitWiltshire shall act only as agents for the passenger in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, restaurants, or any other service that is agreed.
The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline(s) and you and Great West Way accept no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
Force Majeure: VisitWiltshire shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake (or other natural disaster), epidemic or pandemic, fire, strike or any law or action taken by a government of public authority.
Limitation of Liability: References to liability include every kind of liability arising under or in connection with our arrangement including but not limited to liability in contract, delict (including negligence), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise.
VisitWiltshire shall have no liability to you for:
• any loss or damage to your property; or
• any personal injury, illness or death caused or suffered in connection with our engagement; or
• any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether in the form of loss of profit or otherwise) howsoever arising.
VisitWiltshire shall have no liability for losses, damages, costs, claims and / or expenses which arise as a consequence (whether direct or otherwise) of:
• the information provided by you and / or on your behalf being incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence, misleading, missing, late or deficient in any respect whatsoever; and / or
• any other failure attributable to you and / or a third party (including without limitation airlines, hotels and restaurants), and you shall indemnify us, on demand, in respect of same.
Nothing in this disclaimer shall limit any liability which cannot legally be limited, including liability for:
• death or personal injury caused by negligence; and
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Win an Exciting Trip to Salisbury
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the Salisbury Competition prize draw, organized by Salisbury Cathedral, The Great Bustard and Fisherton Mill, in partnership with Visit Wiltshire.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Prize Draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
2.2. Employees of Salisbury Cathedral, The Great Bustard, Fisherton Mill and Visit Wiltshire, their families, or anyone professionally associated with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1. Users may enter the competition by completing the form linked at the bottom of the competition page.
3.2. Deadline to enter Monday 31 March 2025.
4. Prize
4.1. The prize consists of up to four (4) tickets to the Flower Festival at Salisbury Cathedral (13 May 2025 - 18 May 2025). A one-night stay and breakfast at The Great Bustard. A welcome drink is also provided if guests book dinner. And one hot drink and a slice of cake for 2 at Fisherton Mill. Incudes sweet and savoury items from the counter but excludes desserts on the menu. Excludes any alcoholic drinks.
4.2. The prizes are one-time use only and subject to availability, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative and cannot be used with any other offer or discount.
4.3. The Great Bustard prize is valid until 30th May (excluding bank holidays)
4.4. The Fisherton Mill prize must be used between the dates of Salisbury Cathedral’s Flower Festival (13 – 18 May 2025).
4.5. Fisherton Mill reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of their offer at any time.
5. Selection of Winner
5.1. Winners are selected by a random number generator.
5.2. The winner will be drawn 1-3 days after the competition has ended.
5.3. The winner will be notified no later than 3 days after the competition has ended, by contact of email.
6. Claiming the Prize
6.1. The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of being notified to claim their prize.
6.2. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner may be drawn.
7. General Terms
7.1. By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
7.2. VisitWiltshire reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions.
7.3. The Prize Draw is subject to availability and may be subject to change or cancellation at the discretion of Salisbury Cathedral, The Great Bustard, Fisherton Mill and Visit Wiltshire.
8. Data Protection
8.1. Personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with data protection laws and VisitWiltshire’s privacy policy.
8.2. By entering the Prize Draw, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw.
