Campaigns

VisitWiltshire regularly run targeted campaigns at various points throughout the year. These are usually seasonal, city or food and drink campaigns. During the campaign we will have specific content pages on the website, social media activity and often a competition.

Partners can choose to buy into the campaign and participating partners are promoted via digital advertising, social media, campaign PR, print (for example, our themed food and drink map) and more.

Our most recent Campaigns

Escape the Everyday Autumn Winter Campaign - The campaign ran from October 2021 and included web content, paid digital promotion, social media and email inclusions. In total, the campaign achieved a reach of 1,750,000. Read more in the full campaign summary.

Escape the Everyday Summer Campaign - Running throughout June, July and August the campaign aligned with the VisitBritain/VisitEngland domestic campaign activity and incorporated web, social and newsletter promotion. Overall, the campaign had a reach of more than 500,000. You can see more details in the campaign summary.

In the past we have also run a Food and Drink Campaign, a Salisbury City Campaign and a Wiltshire Resident’s Week targeted at reaching local Wiltshire audiences.
