Festive events in Salisbury in 2021
Salisbury's Christmas in the Square will be arriving in Guildhall Square in November and running throughout the festive period. There will be lots to do at this festive, family-friendly destination, including the chance to meet Father Christmas.
We are thrilled that the Salisbury Christmas tree trail will be running throughout the festive season. Twelve wonderfully decorated Christmas trees will appear around the city centre, creating a magical trail for you to enjoy exploring. The trail will begin at Salisbury Cathedral, which will be open and decorated for the season with displays of seasonal folliage.
Families will enjoy the Christmas shows planned for November and December in Salisbury with pantomimes and performances planned.
While many of the popular annual Christmas events that take place in Salisbury every year may not be happening in 2021 - including the Christmas Lights Switch On, the launch of the Christmas Market, Salisbury ice rink, and the Lantern Procession - there will be lots of other alternative festive events to enjoy. And the city will be beautifully dressed in twinkly lights for all to admire when visiting the Salisbury centre over the festive period.
