Not only does Whatley Manor in Malmesbury have two Michelin stars, their Dining Room restaurant was one of the first UK restaurants to be awarded Michelin's Green Star for gastronomic sustainability.

Restaurant Hywel Jones at Lucknam Park Hotel, Colerne
Chef Hywel Jones has held a Michelin star at the restaurant since 2006 and was also accredited with accolades including Hotel Chef of the Year at the 2007 Catey awards. For 2018 Hywel has been appointed Co- Chairman of the Kitchen Committee for the Royal Acadamy of Cilinary Arts Annual Awards of Excellence.
