Join us @TheCafé for an evening with the talented Jacqui Hicks, celebrated for her remarkable contributions to the world of jazz and funk. Having first made waves with Leeds College of Music and NYJO, Jacqui joined the iconic funk band Shakatak in 1992 and has since graced stages around the globe.

Drawing inspiration from musical legends such as Nat Cole, Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Ella Fitzgerald, Donny Hathaway, and Dianne Reeves, Jacqui effortlessly transitions between the worlds of funk and jazz.

Experience a night of exceptional music as Jacqui Hicks performs a blend of jazz standards and soulful classics, showcasing her warm, intelligent, and evocative voice.

Doors open from 7:30 PM, welcoming you with background music to create the perfect ambiance. Live music begins at 8:00 PM, so take your time, unwind, and enjoy the evening along with our delicious tapas selection.

£10 in advance or £15 on the door.

Tapas option: Enjoy a Mediterranean selection of warm bread, mixed Italian olives, feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes to share.
