Summer Elements Hatha Yoga Series

The Summer Elements Hatha Yoga Series is a four part series aimed at celebrating the best of summer taking place on Fridays from 12noon to 1pm. It has been designed so that each of the sessions compliments the others, albeit each can be practised as a stand alone class. Every Wednesday an email is sent to students so they know what to expect in the coming session.

The Hatha 'Happy Hour' class encourages you to check-in and re-align your body and mind so that you can set aside the stressors and mischief of the week and focus on getting the best out of the weekend ahead.

Hatha yoga is great for all abilities and levels of experience. Movements may focus on a muscle group or set sequence, with conscious breathing. All this is delivered with a sense of exploration and play to get energy flowing before settling down and taking stock with a few minutes of rest and reflection
