The Soul Strutters are a staple of the South-West music scene, having become one of the most sought-after bands for private and public events.
As of 2022, the collective have been performing together for 10 years across the country. Fronted by lead singer and bassist Eric-Mylod Okafo, the four professional musicians share a love of all things Groove, Disco, Funk, Soul and R&B.
What better way to enjoy this band than an evening at The Civic as part of our Jazz, Funk, Soul sessions. With a repertoire that expands over decades by artists such as, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Bill Withers, Earth, Wind & Fire, and more, this is going to be a foot stomping night of nostalgic grooves!
£10 in advance or £15 on the door.
Tapas option: Enjoy a Mediterranean selection of warm bread, mixed Italian olives, feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes to share.
