Join us for our hatha yoga "Happy Hour" hosted by LifeWork in the idyllic setting of Hartley Farm, Winsley.

Our Happy Hour - Fridays 12-1pm

The Hatha 'Happy Hour' class encourages you to check-in and re-align your body and mind so that you can set aside the stressors and mischief of the week and focus on getting the best out of the weekend ahead.

Hatha yoga is great for all abilities and levels of experience. Movements may focus on a muscle group or set sequence, with conscious breathing. All this is delivered with a sense of exploration and play to get energy flowing before settling down and taking stock with a few minutes of rest and reflection.
