Summer Youth Open Exhibition 2026
The Old Town Hall is incredibly excited to announce their first Summer Youth Open Exhibition. An opportunity for young people aged between 8 and 19 to showcase their artistic talents this summer. All abilities and mediums welcome.
Criteria
Any art medium, including photography, painting and 3D work
There are no geographical restrictions
Young people must be aged between 8 and 19
Work must be original
Entries are restricted to 1 submission per person
Selected works must be delivered ready for hanging or display. e.g. framed with D rings 10cm from the top of the frame
You must be able to deliver and collect artwork within the dates given below
Submissions for our 2026 Summer Youth Open Exhibition can be made on The Old Town Hall website.
Deadline for submissions: 5th July
Selected Artists Notified: WC 15th July
Work Delivered: 25th July to 1st August
Exhibition Launch Event: 8th August
Winners Announced: 8th August
Exhibition Closes: 28th August
Collect Work: 28th to 29th August
