Winner of the 2023 BBC Music Magazine Premiere Recording Award, violinist Fenella Humphreys has attracted critical admiration and audience acclaim with the grace and intensity of her performances. Joining forces with renowned accompanist Martin Roscoe, Fenella makes her WMC debut performing a selection of Romantic gems. At the climax of the programme, Johannes Brahms' third violin sonata is a dizzying display of virtuosity and expression.
