Indian Head Massage Workshop - For Friends and Family

Would you like to receive a massage and learn techniques to help others? Come and learn a simple routine for the upper back, neck and scalp, great for relieving stress and tension.

This workshop will teach you the basics, enabling you to treat friends and family. Indian head massage is received while seated in a chair, through clothes. Simple breathing techniques for relaxation will also be included.

Enrolment is for 2 people – couples, friends or family and you will practise on each other in pairs.

£30 per couple

Saturday 3rd July 10am-1pm (includes a 30 minute break)
