Join us in the orchard on a Friday in November at 10am for an immersive cooking experience hosted by chef Darren Broom. Learn the art of butchery and live fire cooking from a seasoned professional, pick and cook your own ingredients from the garden and enjoy a superb lunch in the restaurant.

ITINERARY
- Arrive for tea, coffee & pastries in the courtyard
- Garden walk & harvest with Darren and Head Gardener, James
- Build and light a fire in the orchard fire pit
- Old Herdwick Lamb break down with Darren (Smaller cuts butchered and cooked by guests, remainder cut up & wrapped to take home)
- Vegetable workshop including:- Clay baked onions- Ember baked squashes- Brined & grilled carrots- Rolled chard
- Make a garden ketchup to take home
- Three-course lunch in the restaurant
