SEVENS – INDIAN DANCE WORKSHOP

About

Bharatanatyam is a dance form originating from the temples of South India, and Kathak is one of the main genres of ancient Indian classical dance, traditionally regarded as originating from the travelling bards of North India. Inspired by their evening show, in this workshop members of the SEVENS company will teach both dance forms. Learn basic movements, sequences, and develop material using devices from Srishti's choreographic process — no previous experience required!
