Every year we collaborate with well-known artists and international stars who inspire and challenge us. Our latest cross-cultural collaboration is a new and expanded version of Songs We Carry, an acclaimed performance toured by Ana Silvera and Saied Silbak in recent years. It explores the emotive, melancholy of Ladino (Judeo-Spanish) music and the rich Maqams and intricate melodies of Arabic song.

Legendary Welsh musician Patrick Rimes has rescored Songs We Carry to be performed by Ana, Saied, himself and four of our musicians, adding complementary Welsh songs to the set. Join us for a rich and varied exploration of music from different cultures, that promises to build on an original show described as "beautiful and deeply moving" (The Arts Desk, ☆☆☆☆☆).
