Trio Paradis Café Concert: The Music of Trees at Warminster

Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan - piano, Ruth O'Shea - violin & Linda Stocks - cello) play a Café Concert on the first Friday lunchtime of each month (Feb-Dec) at 3pm, from August at Warminster Civic Centre: informal music events in the community, with a pop-up café from midday where you can meet friends for a chat before the concert.

September's music is inspired by trees and forests, with music by Sibelius (Birch and Fir trees, among others), Massenet (Lime Trees) and a forest scene from a Rimsky-Korsakov opera.

Concerts last c45mins and entrance (or rather, exit!) is by donation, with a retiring collection. Refreshments - tea, coffee & delicious home-made cakes - are on sale half an hour before the concert. There's no need to book, though an RVSP via our website is appreciated…turn up early for best choice of table.
