From enhanced circulation and immune function to boosted mental resilience and spiritual growth, this event will explore the multitude of benefits that cold water immersion offers. You will also discover the cold water dipping spaces on your doorstep and experience a mini immersion(without needing a swimsuit)!

This event is facilitated by the inspirational team behind IceBreakers. IceBreakers is a community of men who gather for cold water therapy, nature connection, and open conversation. IceBreakers founder, Tim Bowles, also runs Campwell off-grid camps and is the mastermind behind their new wood fired community sauna with cold water option in Winsley.

Whether you're an experienced, wannabee or reluctant cold water dipper, we're pretty sure you'll be jumping into the water by the end of this gathering and you'll have a community to jump in with!
