A Little Place

Tell us a bit about yourself and your role

Hi my name is Kirsty I have lived in Amesbury for 6 years now and I love it here. It is so welcoming and Amesbury is such a little quirky town. I am the House Supervisor here at the Fairlawn and I love it so much. I wish the walls could talk - oh what storys this beautiful building could tell!

Kirsty Judd started as a Housekeeper and in a very short space of time has grown into a much loved and inspiring leader, running the daily operations at Fairlawn House, A Little Place in Amesbury. She has a mission to put community and people first, working with local partners and artisans to bring the hotel to life. The team receive the most wonderful reviews for being so welcoming and creating an authentically local experience for their guests.

What do you like best about your role?

That I get to work in this very old but amazing house and that I have such a great team of talented people, we all have such fun working here.

I love all the little county pubs around Wiltshire there are so many. The Woodford Valley has two lovely pubs and the food is amazing at both so I highly recommend these.
